With no discernable reduction in the protection at the end of the 9 months, the only maintenance required was a wash down with fresh water.
Since it has hydrophobic properties which allows the water to bead off the surface, a simple procedure such as a wash down, effectively removes any salt and dirt build up from the surface saving both time and high maintenance costs over time.
